Often overlooked way to prepare delicious fruits for any dessert occasion.

Ingredients

Peaches
3  
Nectarines
1  
Pineapple
3  
Banana
1  
Butter (or cooking spray)
1 t
balsamic vinegar
1⁄3 c
Honey

Instructions

  1. Halve the stone fruit, removing the pit.
  2. Cut the rind from the pineapple, quarter and remove core, cut into wedges.
  3. Cut bananas in half, then split each half, leaving the skin on.
  4. Brush or spray with melted butter on the cut side.
  5. Grill on a seasoned grate over med-high heat.
  6. Brush with the combined honey/vinegar
  7. Serve with vanilla gelato
